Do you do DIET SODA?

We all know that diet sodas are very unhealthy, below are five reasons to remind you why not to drink it.

  1. Diet soda drinkers have a dramatically higher risk of heart attack and stroke. 
  2. Many diet sodas contain caffeine, which is an artificial stimulant and an addictive substance.
  3. Aspartame is an artifical sugar that is worst than real sugar (see my previous post), it leads to high blood pressure, dizziness, fatigue and even sleep disorders.
  4. Diet soda drinkers stop associating sweetness with calories and fullness, which lead to overeating, weight gain and elevation of sugar levels. 
  5. Diet soda contains acid that wears down your tooth enamel.
